Recently, my display advertising in this popular magazine resulted in a call from a prospective buyer who works with boxers such as Oscar De La Hoya and Ortiz, who each have a home up here. Boxers love to train here because the altitude makes them that much stronger. In fact, I was out early the other day taking photographs right after a snow, and I saw a group of boxers running down the street in the snow.

Also, because I’m a member of the California Desert Area Board of REALTORS®, which includes Palm Springs, your listing will be advertised in that MLS in addition to the Big Bear Lake MLS. This is important to you as a seller because of the large number of second- and third- home buyers who have a place in the desert for the winter. But when the temperature hits 130 degrees in Palm Springs, they like to escape to a home in the mountains. And Big Bear Lake is a convenient two hours away.
